• Description: The WebCores Service is an online platform where clients can submit project briefs (“Creative Briefs”), request revisions (“Revision Briefs”), and receive responses (“Responses”) from our design experts. Services are provided according to the selected package.
• Creative Briefs and Responses: Clients are responsible for providing detailed Creative Briefs, including samples and deadlines. The WebCores is not obligated to review briefs for accuracy or clarity and may reject any brief at its discretion.
• Reviewing Responses: Clients must review Responses promptly. Failure to notify The WebCores of any issues means acceptance of the Response. If a Response is unsatisfactory, clients should submit a Revision Brief with specific amendments.
• Revision Cycles: Revisions include additional compositions based on client feedback. Significant changes are allowed in the first two cycles; subsequent requests should modify the current composition. The WebCores reserves the right to charge $50 for substantial revisions beyond the third cycle.
• Packages: Clients can choose from various service packages as detailed on our website.
• Client Accounts: Registration requires payment via credit card or other authorized methods. Clients are charged based on the selected package and any additional services. • The client does not provide feedback on a delivered project within 7 days.
